Cheers to a Sunny Saturday

This past weekend was a very busy one for me but I still carved out time to have some fun. One of my sorority sisters, Ashley, who used to live in London was in town for business. She organised an outing for a few of us to meet at Seven Dials Market. It is a concoction of the best independent street and food vendors in London. I treated myself to a paneer (Indian cheese) wrap, Aperol Spritz, and vanilla ice cream from Soft Serve Society. It was great to catch up with some friends, discuss current events, and plans for the summer. Highly recommend Seven Dials because there is something for everyone to eat which can be tricky sometimes when you go to a restaurant. Seven Dials is also in Central London specifically between Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road. Fingers crossed the good weather continues but in the mean time, I will enjoy it when I can.
