Spa life is the good life. Long live the days that you work hard and not pour back into yourself.

Spa Tours - Key Highlights from my recent spa visits

  • Rosewood Sense Spa

The Rosewood Hotel in London, UK is one of my favourite spas to visit. The staff is friendly and it is really easy to get to. It is a five minute walk from Holborn. I highly recommend treating yourself to a 60 min massage and then have afternoon tea in the Mirror Room. The afternoon tea has colourful pastries; freshly baked scones; and a great selection of finger sandwiches.

  • Aire Ancient Baths London

An amazing gem in London that is easy to get to and will have you feeling refreshed. Aire Ancient Baths London is near Covent Garden. It is inspired by the Roman Baths. You have several baths to explore such as Caladrium (Hot Bath); Balneum (Bath of Thousand Jets); Flotation (Salt water pool with the salt density of the Dead Sea). No mobile phones are allowed and silence is enforced. It is a perfect place to be disconnected and truly unwind while being in the heart of London.

  • Steam Bar

I was so happy to check out the Steam Bar, a premium textured hair salon that delivers an elevated scalp and hair experience. The salon is in Selfridges in London, UK. This is a big deal because Steam Bar is the FIRST Black Hair Salon in Europe to occupy a renowned department store. I highly recommend checking it out. Your scalp and hair will thank you. Shout out to Lauralyn Cinton who is the Lead Steam Queen.
