I am so proud to be featured within the 2024 Empower Role Model Lists supported by YouTube! These global lists by INvolvepeople champion trailblazers across businesses who are driving positive change for people of colour in business. It’s great to be recognised alongside these global Future Leaders, and I cannot wait to drive further change both within my company and beyond. Role Models are so important because they demonstrate that anything is possible. As someone who truly believes in the motto, we all we got, I will continue to make sure that I am leading by example and promoting courageous conversations. It is truly humbling to be recognised two years in a row for trying to be the change that I want to see. One quote that resonated with me was “diversity is a fact, but inclusion is a choice we make every day.” So remember that actions speak louder than words so join me in making sure that we practice what we preach. Now back to work.
