Day 1 - 75 Hard Challenge

Last week Saturday, I started the 75 Hard Challenge that was created by Andy Frisella, an entrepreneur. This challenge requires that you do the following:

  1. Exercise twice every day for 45 minutes

  2. Drink 4 litres of water

  3. Choose a diet plan - no alcohol is allowed

  4. Do one act of kindness

  5. Read 10 pages a day

  6. Take a photo to track your progress

I decided to do this challenge because I realised that I need to push myself mentally. I am guilty of wanting results that require consistency, dedication, and effort but my habits are not reflecting my desire. So I have decided to enter this challenge and give it my all. I will take photos and share my progress with you during the journey. It has not been easy but anything worth attaining requires consistency, discipline, and focus. Always remember that it is mind over matter.
